Your Questions, Answered
Whether you're new to WC9 or you've been playing for a while, it's normal to have questions. This FAQ page covers the most common things Pakistan players ask — from setting up an account and making a first deposit in PKR, to placing a cricket bet, claiming a bonus, and requesting a withdrawal. We've organised everything into clear categories so you can find what you need without scrolling through pages of text.
If something isn't covered here, the best place to look is the platform itself after you've logged in. The support team is also available around the clock to assist with anything more specific to your account. For now, browse through the sections below and you'll likely find your answer within a minute or two.
Account Questions
Creating a WC9 account is straightforward. Head to the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a username and password, and follow the on-screen steps. The whole process takes under two minutes. Make sure you use a valid mobile number you have access to, as it's used to verify your account and process payments.
Go to the Login page and look for the password recovery option. You'll need to provide your registered mobile number or username. A verification step will confirm your identity and allow you to set a new password. If you run into any issues, reach out to the support team directly through the platform.
No. WC9 allows only one account per person. Multiple accounts linked to the same person, mobile number, or payment method are not permitted and may result in account suspension. If you think you've accidentally created a duplicate, contact support to sort it out before it becomes a problem.
Yes. WC9 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register or use the platform. WC9 takes responsible gaming seriously — please only play if you are of legal adult age and can afford to do so within your budget.
Deposits & Payments
WC9 supports the most popular payment options used in Pakistan. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, bank cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no conversion fees or currency complications to worry about.
Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are reflected in your WC9 account almost instantly. Bank transfers may take a bit longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, check your payment app for a confirmation and contact support with the transaction reference.
Yes, WC9 has a minimum deposit threshold to keep transactions practical. The exact amount is shown on the deposit screen inside your account after logging in. It's kept low enough to be accessible for casual players as well as regular ones. There's no need to deposit a large amount to get started.
Withdrawal Questions
Log in to your WC9 account and navigate to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and confirm the request. Make sure your payment details are correctly saved in your profile before submitting.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster, often within a few hours. Bank transfers can take one to two business days. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing, which means your requests move to the front of the queue.
Withdrawals can sometimes be held for a routine account verification check, especially if it's your first withdrawal or if the amount is significantly larger than usual. In most cases, you'll be asked to confirm your identity or payment details. Contact support with your account username and the withdrawal reference number for a quick resolution.
Cricket & Betting
WC9 covers a wide range of cricket markets. You can bet on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches, the Asia Cup, ICC World Cup events, and other major international fixtures. Live betting is available during matches so you can place bets as the game unfolds ball by ball.
Yes. Live in-play betting is one of the most popular features on WC9, especially during PSL and T20 matches. Odds update in real time based on what's happening on the pitch. You can bet on outcomes like next wicket, over totals, current run rate, and match winner while the game is live.
Yes. Beyond cricket, WC9's sports betting section covers football leagues and tournaments as well as popular esports titles. So whether you're watching a local football match or following an international gaming tournament, you'll find betting options available in the same account.
Bonus & Promotions
New players on WC9 receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The current offer and its terms are displayed on the promotions tab once you've registered. Bonuses typically come with wagering requirements — make sure you read the conditions so you know how to use and release your bonus funds correctly.
Yes. WC9 runs regular promotions for active players including reload bonuses, daily cashback deals, weekly deposit offers, and special promotions around major cricket events like PSL season and T20 World Cup. Check the promotions section in your account after logging in to see what's currently available.
The WC9 VIP programme rewards consistent players as they move through loyalty tiers. The more you play, the higher your tier, and the better the perks — exclusive cashback rates, higher bonus amounts, faster withdrawals, and a dedicated support line. Your progress is tracked automatically, so there's nothing to manually activate.
Games & Casino
The WC9 Game Lobby has a wide variety of games including slot machines, live casino tables, fish shooting games, bingo, and more. Live casino options include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game shows with real dealers. Slots come in dozens of themes with different payline structures and bonus features.
WC9's slot games use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Each spin is independent — previous results don't affect what happens next. Return to player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are usually listed in the game info panel within each title.
Fish shooting games are skill-influenced arcade-style games where you shoot fish on screen to earn points or coins, which convert into real winnings. Bigger, rarer fish give higher rewards. You control a cannon and spend bullets to catch fish — the key is targeting high-value creatures efficiently to maximise your returns.
App & Technical
Visit the Download page on WC9 to get the app for your device. The app is available for Android and iOS. Follow the installation instructions on that page — Android users may need to allow installation from unknown sources in their phone settings, which takes just a few seconds to enable.
Slow loading is usually down to your internet connection rather than the platform itself. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see which is faster. Clearing your browser cache can also help. For the smoothest experience on mobile, the WC9 app is optimised to load quickly even on slower connections common in Pakistan.
WC9 uses encrypted connections to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Your personal details and payment information are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. For full details on how your information is handled, refer to the Privacy Policy.
